John also serves as non-executive director to two other recruitment businesses. He brings over thirty years of experience in the recruitment sector, across a wide variety of markets and he works alongside private equity investors such as the Business Growth Fund, where John is an advisor on recruitment sector investments.

Rudolph qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, before beginning his professional career at Deloitte in London. He previously held senior finance roles with Nestor Healthcare Plc (FTSE 250) and CACI Inc. (Fortune 1000) completing and integrating various M&A transactions whilst leading the European corporate development functions.
