Tottenham Hotspur Ltd is based in North London at the state of the art Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Predominantly operating in the sports and leisure sector the football club was formed in 1882 and has had a formidable presence in the English football leagues to this day.

The Ordinary Shares in Tottenham Hotspur plc were officially cancelled from trading on AIM on the 16th January 2012 (please see the document entitled ‘Delisting from AIM’ within the Additional Info section). Subsequently they were re-registered as a private limited company becoming effective on 24th January 2012.

Daniel Levy graduated from Cambridge University in 1985 with a First Class Honours Degree in Economics and Land Economy. Mr. Levy is also Managing Director of the ENIC Group of companies, a sports, entertainment and media group, a position he has held since 1995. He has particular experience in corporate finance and retail management. He is a Non Executive Director of a number of other public and private companies.

Matthew Collecott is also Group Operations and Finance Director of ENIC having joined the group in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and worked for Price Waterhouse in Europe and Africa before joining ENIC, overseeing investments across the sports, entertainment and media group, specifically with Slavia Prague, AEK Athens and Vicenza Calcio. Peter Charrington Executive Director

Peter Charrington spent 26 years at Citigroup, joining in 1994 and departing at the end of 2020. He served as Global CEO of the Private Banking business from 2014 to 2020, overseeing approximately 15,000 clients and 4,000 employees globally, with revenues of around USD 4 billion and net income exceeding USD 1 billion.

He held several senior roles across the UK, North America, and EMEA, and was a member of Citi’s Institutional Clients Senior Management Committee. Peter also chaired Citi’s Wealth Management Fiduciary Committee and was the senior executive responsible for regulatory engagement.

Under his leadership, Citi was named Best Private Bank globally in 2018 and 2019, and Peter was named Wealth Management CEO of the Year in 2019.

Since 2022, Peter has been a Senior Partner at Nexus Luxury Collection in the Bahamas, leading global business development. He is also a Senior Advisor to One Equity Partners and serves on the boards of Amey, Acteon, and Avaloq AG. Peter is also a member of the board of Saranac Partners and is a senior advisor to UST Global.

   
Jonathan

Jonathan Turner Non-Executive Director

Jonathan has over 24 years investment banking experience. He is a co-founder and former Co-President of Qatalyst Partners, a technology-focused investment bank, where he was the lead advisor on major transactions in the consumer technology and software sectors. Prior to founding Qatalyst, Jonathan was Global Head of Credit Suisse's Internet banking group. Jonathan is also a former advisor to the UK Government on Technology and Finance.

Jonathan is originally from North London and was awarded a BA with First Class Honours in Philosophy, Politics & Economics at Oxford University in 1994. Mr Turner holds a number of board positions, including current Chair of the Investment Committee of Magdalen College, Oxford. He spends his time between London and San Francisco and has been a Spurs fan for over 40 years.

Vinai Ventatesham Chief Executive Officer

Vinai Venkatesham OBE joined the Club as Chief Executive Officer in June 2025, bringing previous executive experience from Arsenal Football Club, the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and from Deloitte where he qualified as a Management Accountant.

His board experience includes the Wembley Stadium Advisory Board, the British Olympic Association, the World Athletics Championships in 2017, the European Clubs Association (ECA), and the joint venture between UEFA and the ECA now known as UC3. He has also sat on a number of Premier League, FA and UEFA Committees.

In 2024 Vinai was awarded an OBE for services to sport in the King’s New Years Honours list.
