Arricano Real Estate plc (Arricano) (AIM:ARO) announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market. 

In an announcement dated 14th December 2022, Arricano announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM. 

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on Monday 9th January 2023 with the last day of dealings expected to be 16th January 2023. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 17th January 2023. The full announcement from Arricano can be found here.
