We are pleased to welcome Adnams plc to the platform and announce its admission of the A Ordinary shares to the Asset Match Private Market.

Adnams plc is a regional brewery, distiller, wine merchants, pub owner, retailer and hoteliers founded and based in 1872 in Southwold, Suffolk. 

They produce a range of award-winning beers, spirits, and wines using locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Their products are sold in their own shops, as well as in bars, pubs, and shops across the UK. Adnams Brewery is also committed to sustainability, with a focus on reducing their carbon footprint and creating a positive impact on the community.

The first auction in the A Ordinary Shares is scheduled to close on  26th July 2023, subsequent auctions are to take place on a quarterly basis thereafter. All relevant company and auction information can be found on the company page here.
