Restricted Market
Narwhal Labs’ auction will run on a restricted basis for existing shareholders and approved (Sophisticated or High Net Worth) investors only. Approved participants will be able to submit orders via the Asset Match platform during the auction window noted below.

Opens: 09:00 on Monday, 23 March 2026
Closes: 16:00 on Tuesday, 31 March 2026

A live order book will be displayed on the company page as orders are received. At the close, orders will be matched at a single clearing price in line with Asset Match’s auction process.
