Asset Match are pleased to announce that the recent Gulfsands Petroleum Plc General Placing of up to £345,000 has now been completed. 

Upon conclusion of the financing the company secured £4.1 million from its major shareholders and in part from a number of minority shareholders via the Asset Match General Placing. Subsequently there have been 42 million new ordinary shares issued.
