PCF Group plc (PCF) (AIM:PCF) announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market. 

In an announcement dated 9th December 2022, PCF announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM. 

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on Monday 12th December 2022 with the last day of dealings expected to be 19th December 2022. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 20th December 2022. The full announcement from PCF can be found here.
