Parsley Box Group plc (Parsley Box)(AIM:MEAL) confirms cancellation from AIM and admission to the Asset Match Private Market.

At a general meeting held earlier today, 14 December 2022 Parsley Box confirmed its cancellation from AIM and has appointed Asset Match as its secondary trading facility. Cancellation will become effective on 22 December 2022 and last day of dealings of its ordinary shares on AIM will be 21 December 2022.
