C4X Discovery Holdings plc (C4XD) (AIM:C4XD) announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market. 

In an announcement dated 27th March 2024, C4XD announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM. 

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on Monday 15th April 2024 with the last day of dealings expected to be Thursday 25th April 2024. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 26th April 2024. The full announcement from C4XD can be found here.
