Nightcap plc (Nightcap) (AIM:NGHT) announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market. 

In an announcement dated 28th June 2024, Nightcap announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM. 

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 17th July 2024 with the last day of dealings expected to be Friday 26th July 2024. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 29th July 2024. The full announcement from Nightcap can be found here.
