Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited (Chaarat Gold) (AIM:CGH) a mining explorer and developer with projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market.

In an announcement dated 22nd July 2024, Chaarat Gold announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM.

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on 8th August 2024 with the last day of dealings expected to be 15th August 2024. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 16th August 2024.
