HeiQ plc (HEIQ.L) announces its cancellation from the LSE Main Market and intention to join Asset Match Private Market. 

In an announcement dated 14th November 2024, HeiQ announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on the London Stock Exchange. 

Cancellation from the LSE is to become effective at 8:00am on the 19th November 2024, with the last day of dealings to be Monday 18th November 2024. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 19th November 2024. The full announcement from HeiQ can be found here.
