i-nexus Global plc (i-nexus) (AIM:INX) a leading provider of cloud-based Strategy software solutions designed for the Global 5000, announces its proposed cancellation from AIM and intention to join Asset Match Private Market.

In an announcement dated 26th November 2024, i-nexus announced its intention to appoint Asset Match as its secondary trading facility following its proposed cancellation from trading on AIM.

Cancellation from AIM is to be approved at a General Meeting to be held on 13th December 2024 with the last day of dealings expected to be 24th December 2024. Admission to the Asset Match Private Market is therefore expected to be on 30th December 2024.
