We are pleased to welcome Octagonal Ltd to the platform and announce its admission to the Asset Match Private Market.
Octagonal Limited is a UK-based holding company focused on the development and growth of a portfolio of financial services businesses through strategic oversight and capital support.
The Company is the parent of Global Investment Strategy UK Limited (“GIS UK”) and its associated entity, Global Investment Strategy HK Limited (“GIS HK”).
GIS UK is an FCA-regulated prime broker and London Stock Exchange member firm based in the City of London, providing access to global markets and a range of institutional financial services. It serves a diverse client base through offices in London and Hong Kong, offering execution, clearing and custody services across multiple asset classes.
GIS HK extends the Group’s international reach and enhances its prime brokerage offering, enabling access to Asia-Pacific markets and broadening market connectivity, including through relationships with regional financial institutions.
Together, GIS UK and GIS HK provide integrated global market access and prime brokerage services to institutional and corporate clients.
The first auction in the Ordinary Shares is scheduled to take place on Friday 31 July 2026, subsequent auctions are to take place on a quarterly basis thereafter. All relevant company and auction information can be found on the company page here.
